Launch of the Macular Disease Society Awards 2010


We are delighted to be inviting nominations now for this year’s awards.

The aim of the awards is to recognise and thank dedicated professionals and volunteers who work so hard to improve the care and lives of people with MD.  So if you know someone who has really made a difference to life with MD why not nominate them?  

 On this site you will find an information pack about the awards and the nomination form itself in  PDF form.
