Community Support Desks

Community support desks came about because of the difficulty we experienced when trying to initiate hospital support services. There has also been a lot of research relating to when patients wish to access support and information.

We have four community support desks in the UK at Fareham, Kidlington, Southport and Stockport. We are always looking for ways to support people with macular disease, the more support desks we can establish, the more people we help. Could your group run a local support desk?
